As Christians, we’re often expected to be joyful, hopeful, grateful. And we are. But sometimes the same heart that believes deeply also battles quiet anxiety, invisible pressure, and the fear of admitting, “I’m not okay right now.”
I know that tension intimately.
After losing my husband and moving across the world with my toddler, I learned what it meant to trust in God’s goodness while still holding fear.
This journal was born in that space — not from certainty, but from surrender. From learning that peace isn’t something we produce.
