A Leadership Workshop

Let Go & Lead• by Mondi Gale

For capable teams moving at an unsustainable pace. We redesign how work is held so you can maintain excellence without the constant strain.

THE PROBLEM

You love your work. But not how much of you it takes.

Your team is good at what they do. The work gets done. It matters. But you've all started wondering: is this really what it costs? Is this what we signed up for?

The world is moving faster. AI promises efficiency but demands you do more with less. The old way of working doesn't work anymore. But the cost shouldn't be your humanity or the ability to actually enjoy your lives.

You want to do great work. You also want to live. Right now, it feels like you can only have one.

There's a middle ground. And you don't have to figure it out alone.

This workshop redesigns how work is held so your team can perform without sacrificing everything else. Together, we let go of what's no longer serving you, move decisions and clarity out of individual heads and into shared systems, and build a way of working that doesn't depend on constant heroics.

You and your team are high performers. But you can't optimize your way out of exhaustion.

THE WORKSHOP

What Let Go & Lead actually does

This is not motivation. It's not another framework. It's not a one-day offsite that fades by Tuesday.

Let Go & Lead is a structured process to help leadership teams:

  • Recognize where the weight is living We make the invisible load visible. What's being carried that shouldn't be? Where are leaders compensating instead of being supported? What keeps returning because it was never truly resolved?

  • Release what doesn't belong to individuals Not every burden was meant to be carried alone. We create the conditions for leaders to consciously, responsibly let go of misplaced load without abandoning accountability.

  • Redesign how work is held We don't just identify problems. We design simple, human-scaled systems (decision ownership, clear rhythms, shared agreements) that hold the load so leaders can stop spending effort where it doesn't belong and fully show up where it does.

  • Document the clarity in a LifePlaybook™ Everything created in the workshop lives in a personalized LifePlaybook™, a living document that holds the systems, decisions, and agreements so clarity doesn't drift when everyone returns to work.

The Participants

Who this workshop is designed for

Leadership teams of 6–15 people.

Managers, directors, and senior leaders who are:

  • Functioning well but experiencing unsustainable load

  • Capable and committed, delivering results at too high a cost

  • Experiencing misalignment, decision fatigue, or meeting churn

  • In the middle of ongoing change with capacity as the constraint

Ideal contexts:

  • Leadership offsites

  • Executive or senior team resets

  • Post-change integration

  • Moments where leaders sense, "Is this really what leadership costs?"

This workshop is not for:

  • Teams in active crisis or conflict (that requires different work first)

  • Organizations seeking motivational speaking or inspiration

  • Groups larger than 15 people (the work requires intimacy and trust)

The Format

Choose the format that fits your team

Option 1: Two-Day In-Person Workshop (Recommended)

Two consecutive days, fully in-person, designed for depth and integration.

This format allows:

  • Time for nervous systems to settle and real patterns to surface

  • Space to move beyond symptoms into actual redesign

  • Decisions that are made and held, not just discussed

Best for: Leadership teams ready to step away fully and do the deep work.

Option 2: Two Half-Days (Compressed format)

Two half-day sessions (3.5–4 hours each), delivered 1–2 weeks apart. Can be in-person or hybrid.

This format works when:

  • Teams cannot step away for consecutive full days

  • Hybrid attendance is necessary

  • Budget or logistics require a lighter engagement

Best for: Teams needing the core work but with tighter time constraints.

The Resources

What every workshop includes

Before the workshop:

  • A short read to set expectations (5-7 minutes)

  • A quick survey so we understand your reality before we meet (10 minutes)

  • An optional 30-minute conversation with your team beforehand (this helps)

During the workshop:

  • Hands-on exercises to surface what's creating the load

  • Working sessions where the team maps patterns and makes decisions together

  • Focused conversations that build trust and clarity

  • Practical redesign of how decisions get made and work gets held

After the workshop:

  • Personalized LifePlaybook™ (digital) capturing all systems, decisions, and agreements

  • 90-day optional check-in call to support integration

The Optional Add-On

LifePlaybooks™ Home Access

Leadership capacity doesn't just depend on work systems. It depends on life systems.

Every participant can receive 12-month access to LifePlaybooks™ Home, which includes:

  • Family Reset Playbook

  • Babysitter, Housesitter, and Pet Sitter Playbooks

  • Weekly rhythm and decision load reduction tools

  • Digital templates for reducing home chaos

When life outside work is less chaotic, leadership capacity inside work increases.

The Q&A

Questions you might have

How long does the workshop take to plan and schedule?

Typically 4–6 weeks from initial conversation to workshop delivery. This allows time for pre-work, scheduling, and any logistical coordination.

Can this be done virtually?

The two-day format is in-person only. The two half-day format can be delivered hybrid or fully virtual if necessary, though in-person is always preferred for depth of work.

Do you customize the workshop for our industry or context?

Yes. The pre-survey and optional meet & greet allow me to understand your specific context. The workshop framework stays consistent, but examples, language, and focus areas adapt to your team's reality.

What happens if we need to reschedule?

Life happens. If you need to reschedule, we'll work together to find a new date. Cancellations within 30 days of the workshop date are subject to a 50% fee.

How do we know if this is the right fit for our team?

If you're reading this and thinking "this describes exactly what we're experiencing," it's likely a fit. The best next step is a short conversation to discuss your team's current reality and whether this work makes sense right now.

What makes this different from other leadership workshops?

Most workshops focus on skills, frameworks, or inspiration. This workshop focuses on relief and redesign. We don't teach you to optimize better. We help you build systems that reduce cognitive load instead of adding to it, so leaders can stop spending effort where it doesn't belong and fully show up where it does.

Is the LifePlaybook™ really used after the workshop, or does it sit on a shelf?

The LifePlaybook™ is designed to be a living document, not a static report. It holds decisions, systems, and rhythms the team actually created. Because it came from the room, not from a consultant, teams tend to reference it and update it regularly. The 90-day check-in helps ensure it stays active.

Can we bring in other stakeholders or observers?

The workshop works best with just the core leadership team (6–15 people). Observers or additional stakeholders can join the closing session on Day 2 if that's important, but the full two days should remain intimate.

What if our team is remote or distributed?

The two half-day format works well for distributed teams. The two-day format requires everyone to be in the same physical space, which often means bringing remote team members together for an offsite.

The Next Steps

Let's talk about your team

The best place to start is a short conversation. No pressure, no pitch. Just a chance to talk about what your team is experiencing and whether Let Go & Lead would serve you well right now.

Prefer to email directly?

Reach out at work@mondigale.com with "Let Go & Lead" in the subject line.

I'll respond within 2 business days to schedule a brief call.

What happens after you reach out:

  1. We'll schedule a 20–30 minute exploratory call

  2. I'll ask about your team's current reality and what's creating the weight

  3. We'll discuss whether the workshop is the right fit and which format makes sense

  4. If it feels aligned, I'll send a simple proposal and we'll find dates

  5. Pre-work begins 2–3 weeks before the workshop

A Note from Mondi

Why this workshop exists

I built this workshop because I kept seeing the same pattern: capable, committed leaders drowning in cognitive overload. Not because they weren't good at their jobs, but because everything is moving faster and somehow we're supposed to keep up with constant noise and competing priorities. This busyness isn't a sign of weakness but it's diluting the very things you're actually good at.

This workshop is about letting go of what's no longer serving you, so you can focus on what truly matters. It's about building systems that reduce the noise instead of adding to it. And it's about creating clarity that lasts, not just inspiration that fades.

If you're reading this and something resonates, I'd be honoured to have a conversation.

Her work is grounded in the belief that letting go is not withdrawal or weakness, but the necessary condition for clarity, discernment, and right action. She knows this terrain personally, the weight of responsibility, the constant mental load, and the ache of wanting to be fully present while everything keeps demanding attention.

Through LifePlaybooks™, she builds simple systems that reduce invisible load and create room to be present again. Not by doing more, but by holding less.
